The winning answer will be chosen by Little Red Industries on behalf of Hoselink.

The competition closes at noon EST on 26 April, 2019, is open to Australian residents over age 18, and is in no way endorsed by Instagram.

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. Entry is by following @hoselinkaustralia and @littleredindustries on Instagram and commenting on why you would like this well-made tool for your backyard.

  2. The promoter is Hoselink at 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100, Australia 6104. ABN: 33 096 552 751

  3. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, except employees and immediate families of the promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion.

  4. How to enter: On Instagram, entrants must follow @hoselinkaustralia and @littleredindustries, like the image plus comment about why they would like this well-made tool for their backyard.

  5. The promotion runs: Commencing 10 April 2019 at 15.00 AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closing 26 April 2019 at 11.59pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

  6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Entrants may enter as many times as they like, with unlimited entries. 

  7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

  8. The prize includes: Hoselink 25m Retractable Hose Reel values at $209 plus the cost of delivery to the winner. 

  9. The prize is valued at AUD$209 (recommended retail price including GST,  plus shipping). The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 

  10. The winner will be chosen on behalf of the promoter by Little Red Industries on 26 April 2019. The winner will be notified by Instagram via direct message within 24 hours of the judging. Redemption of the prize must be requested in writing by Monday 29 April 2019, otherwise it will be deemed to be forfeited by the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  11. The winner will supply the promoter with contact address, email and phone number for delivery purposes only. 

  12. The winner's name will be published on the Little Red Industries Instagram channel on behalf of the promoter. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  13. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the promoter. The promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.

  14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
